Terms & Conditions (Extraordinary Cleaning Services)
Last updated: 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all extraordinary / one-time cleaning services provided by Angolli (Carlos Campos), Via Morella 11, 6900 Massagno, Switzerland ("Angolli", "we", "us"). By booking a service, the customer ("Client", "you") accepts these Terms.
1. Services
Angolli provides extraordinary cleaning services at the address provided by the Client. The scope of the service depends on what is agreed at the time of booking (including cleaning type, number of hours, and specific tasks). Angolli reserves the right to refuse tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or require specialized certification.
2. Access & Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure that:
- Angolli has access to the premises at the agreed date and time.
- Water and electricity are available.
- The environment is safe and does not present hazards.
- Fragile or valuable items are secured or declared in advance.
If access is not possible or the environment is unsafe, Angolli may cancel the service and charge according to the cancellation policy.
2a. No-Show Fee
If Angolli arrives at the Customer's location to perform a scheduled cleaning OR to perform an on-site inspection/visit for preparing a budget/quote ("sopralluogo"), and no responsible person is present or available to provide access within 15 minutes of the agreed time, Angolli reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of CHF 38 + VAT. The fee is intended to cover travel/displacement costs, staff time, and administrative time caused by the Customer's lack of responsibility. Force majeure situations may be considered, but acceptance is entirely at Angolli's discretion. For services already booked, the existing cancellation policy still applies and is not replaced by this no-show fee clause.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices are agreed at booking or quotation stage. Invoices are payable within 10 days of issuance unless agreed otherwise. Payments must be made by bank transfer to:

- More than 48 hours before start: free of charge
- Less than 48 hours before start: 50% of the service fee
- Same day cancellation / no-show: 100% of the service fee
Cancellations must be communicated by email or written message.
5. Quality & Complaints
Angolli aims to deliver high-quality service. If the Client is dissatisfied, they must notify Angolli within 48 hours after service completion. Complaints submitted later may not be considered. Where justified, Angolli may offer a partial refund or corrective visit at its discretion.
6. Liability
Angolli carries professional liability insurance and is liable only for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Damages or losses must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Angolli is not liable for:
- normal wear and tear,
