The hourly rate drops automatically as monthly hours increase.

Frequently asked questions from private clients
- Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?
- Not necessarily. Many clients entrust us with their keys: all staff sign a confidentiality agreement and the team entering your home is always the same. You decide how access is handled.
- Who brings the products and equipment?
- We do, always. For recurring domestic help you can choose the Angolli Home Kit (CHF 49 one-off), which stays at your place and unlocks the rate from CHF 41/h; otherwise we bring everything at every visit.
- Is the price shown really the final price?
- Yes. The agreed price is what you pay, with no surcharges. Rates are indicative until the free visit, after which the price is confirmed and does not change.
- Can I always have the same people?
- Yes. For recurring services we assign a fixed team. If someone is absent we let you know beforehand and agree the replacement with you.
- Do you also do one-off jobs?
- Yes. End-of-lease cleaning, windows and shutters, oven and fridge, mattresses and second-home reopening are single jobs, with the price or fixed quote set before we start.
- Are your products suitable for children, pets and allergies?
- We use professional products and, where possible, low-impact ones. If there are children, pets or people with allergies at home, tell us: we adapt the products and the way we work.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Lugano and all of Ticino: the Lugano region, Mendrisiotto, Bellinzona, Locarno and surroundings. For more distant areas any travel fee is stated in the quote, never as a surprise on the invoice.
