Managing a property remotely requires partners you can trust, and Angolli has been exactly that. They have consistently been reliable, professional and responsive. Turnover cleaning
Every turnover is a full clean of the apartment โ kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms โ with bed changes, a quality checklist, and a photo check when we finish. We work 7 days a week and fit each turnover around your check-out and check-in windows.
Your per-turnover price depends on the size of the apartment. The figures below are indicative and confirmed after a free site visit.

What drives the time most is the number of beds โ each one is stripped and made to a flawless, hotel standard, the slow and careful part of every turnover.
We're based around Lugano. For Locarno, Bellinzona, Ascona, Brissago a travel fee of CHF 35โ70 may apply, depending on the day's bookings โ and on longer jobs it can drop to CHF 30 or be waived entirely. Confirmed at the free site visit.

Certified climate-neutral product option
On request we use Wetrok Granuline, the granulate product line certified climate-neutral by ClimatePartner (emissions measured, reduced and offset; verifiable at wetrok.ch). We don't claim a "carbon-neutral" service: our approach is emissions-aware.
- Beds stripped and freshly made; linen swapped
- Kitchen cleaned: surfaces, sink, appliances, dishes, bins
- Bathrooms sanitised; mirror, toilet, restocked paper & toiletries
- Floors vacuumed and washed; all surfaces dusted
- High-touch points disinfected; glass and mirrors spot-cleaned
- Essentials restocked, photo check, and a final two-person walk-through

The more turnovers you commit to over the season (1 April โ 30 September), the better your per-turnover rate. Your tier is agreed in advance, not applied retroactively โ if you stay below the threshold, the standard rate applies.

Linen & towels
We provide hotel-quality linen โ washed, ironed, delivered fresh and collected at every turnover, so there's no laundry for you to manage. Choose the sheet quality that fits your listing. Towels are 500 GSM terry across every tier.
Standard rate applies up to 5 turnovers per season; the partner rate unlocks from 6 turnovers per season.
What's in every Complete Guest Set
Each guest gets a full set โ bed linen and towels in one. A double or king includes 2 pillowcases and one towel set per guest.
All at no extra cost. Towels are washed and dried but never ironed, so they stay soft and absorbent.
