Terms & Conditions — Extraordinary Cleaning Services

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all extraordinary and one-time cleaning services provided by Angolli (Carlos Samuel Mendes Campos), Via Morella 11, 6900 Massagno, Switzerland ("Angolli", "we", "us"). By booking a service, the customer ("Client", "you") accepts these Terms in their entirety.

1. Services

Angolli provides extraordinary cleaning services at the address provided by the Client. The scope of the service depends on what is agreed at the time of booking, including cleaning type, number of hours, and specific tasks. Angolli reserves the right to refuse tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or require specialised certification. Angolli uses professional-grade cleaning products. Clients with known allergies or sensitivities to cleaning agents must notify Angolli in writing prior to the service. Angolli will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for alternative products, but cannot guarantee product substitution in all cases.

2. Access & Client Responsibilities

The Client must ensure that:

  • Angolli has access to the premises at the agreed date and time.
  • Water and electricity are available.
  • The environment is safe and does not present hazards.
  • Fragile or valuable items are secured or declared in writing in advance.

If access is not possible or the environment is deemed unsafe, Angolli may cancel the service and charge according to the cancellation policy in Section 4. Angolli may take photographs of the premises before and after service completion for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. These images are stored securely and not shared with third parties.

2a. No-Show Fee

If Angolli arrives at the Client's premises for a scheduled cleaning or for an on-site inspection/visit to prepare a quotation (sopralluogo), and no responsible person is present or available to provide access within 15 minutes of the agreed time, Angolli reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of CHF 38 plus VAT. This fee covers travel, displacement, staff time, and administrative costs caused by the Client's unavailability. Force majeure situations may be considered at Angolli's sole discretion. This clause does not replace the cancellation policy in Section 4.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are agreed at the booking or quotation stage and are exclusive of Swiss VAT (MWST/TVA/IVA) at the applicable rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 10 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer — IBAN: CH43 0900 0000 1651 7785 9 (Angolli, Carlos Samuel Mendes Campos)
  • Credit card or debit card — processed securely via Worldline Saferpay
  • TWINT — processed securely via Worldline Saferpay

Angolli (Carlos Samuel Mendes Campos)

IBAN: CH43 0900 0000 1651 7785 9

Card and TWINT payments are processed by Worldline (Schweiz) AG ("Worldline"), an independent payment service provider. By choosing these payment methods, the Client acknowledges that payment data is transmitted to and processed by Worldline in accordance with Worldline's terms of service and privacy policy. Angolli does not store, access, or process payment card data directly.

Late payments may incur reminder fees (Mahngebühren) and statutory default interest in accordance with Swiss law (CO Art. 104).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule under the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled start: free of charge
  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled start: 50% of the service fee
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the service fee

All cancellations must be communicated by email or written message to: [email protected].

4a. Right of Withdrawal — Distance Contracts

Where a Client books a service remotely (e.g., via the website, email, or phone), and is acting as a consumer (non-commercial), they may have a statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss CO Art. 40a–40f. By confirming a booking for a service scheduled to begin within 14 days of booking, the Client expressly requests that performance begin before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. Partially performed services will be charged proportionally. This clause does not apply to B2B clients acting in a commercial capacity.

5. Quality & Complaints

Angolli aims to deliver high-quality service. If the Client is dissatisfied, they must notify Angolli within 48 hours of service completion. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. Where a complaint is justified, Angolli may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or a corrective visit. For B2C (consumer) clients, statutory warranty rights under Swiss CO Art. 371 remain reserved. The 48-hour window applies to operational quality complaints and does not waive mandatory statutory rights.

6. Liability

Angolli carries professional liability insurance and is liable only for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Angolli is not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage not reported or documented in writing before the service
  • Damages caused by defective equipment, infrastructure, or unsafe conditions provided by the Client
  • Valuables, jewellery, cash, or important documents not secured by the Client before the service
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm

Angolli's liability is limited to the actual value of the verified damage, up to the maximum coverage of Angolli's professional liability insurance policy in force at the time of the service. For B2B clients, limitations of liability are valid to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law. Consumer protection provisions remain reserved for B2C clients.

7. Subcontractors

Angolli may engage trusted subcontractors or partner staff to deliver services. Angolli remains fully responsible for the quality of work and the conduct of any subcontractor engaged.
