- The rate is CHF 41.08/h, min 1 h. A 4-hour day is CHF 164.32. Booking with a recurring frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly) brings the rate down to CHF 39.02/h โ the final price shows in the quote before you confirm.
- Which animals do you cover?
- Any pet you leave clear instructions for: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, tortoises, geckos, fish. We also care for senior, convalescent or medicated pets. We don't handle dangerous or venomous animals that require specialised handling (venomous snakes, scorpions, exotic predators).
- Do you serve outside Lugano?
- Yes โ Mendrisio, Bellinzona, Locarno, Ascona and Brissago. A travel surcharge applies and is automatically reduced for bookings of at least 6 hours.
- What does the pet sitter actually do?
- Walks (for dogs), food and water, medication if needed, play and company, litter changes or cage/terrarium cleaning if requested. No grooming or training โ that's a different profession.
- Can I leave keys?
- Yes. The booking form asks how we get in โ someone home, key-box, code or doorman โ and we sign a brief handover form when needed.
- Senior, sick or anxious pet โ can I still book?
- Yes. Add the situation to the notes field (medication, fears, routines, diet): we assign the right person and call you before the visit for delicate cases.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply.
