How long does a turnover take?
A two-room flat with one bathroom usually takes 2–3 hours with one person; a four-room flat with two bathrooms about 3–4 hours, often with two people. At the site visit we estimate the time for your flat and write it into the offer, so the window between check-out and check-in is guaranteed.
Do you work weekends and public holidays too?
Yes, 7 days a week. In Locarno the short-term-rental season runs from spring to autumn, peaking in August when the Locarno Film Festival fills Piazza Grande and turnovers come back to back: we schedule teams by area precisely to cover these peaks.
Do you also provide the linen?
Yes, on request: hotel-quality bed and bath linen sets, delivered clean and collected at the next turnover, priced per set separately from cleaning. If you'd rather use your own linen, we can wash and iron it, or you manage it yourself and we'll find it ready in the flat.
How do you handle keys if I'm not on site, say because I live abroad?
We use your key safe, or keep a registered set of keys in the flat's name. Access is limited to the assigned team and agreed with you at the site visit — the solution most used by hosts managing from a distance.
How do I know the flat is really ready?
Before every check-in you get dated photos of every room on WhatsApp, taken when the work is finished. If anything doesn't match the agreed standard, we go back and fix it before the guest arrives. For anyone who can't drop by in person, this is the most useful proof.
What happens if guests leave the flat very dirty or damaged?
We warn you straight away with photos, before we start. We still clean for the check-in, and if an extraordinary job is needed, we tell you the extra cost beforehand. The photos help you with the refund request on the platform.
